As an attorney, I practice exclusively in bankruptcy. For the past 23+ years I have been practicing bankruptcy law in Arkansas, providing my clients with personal consultations, handling major appointments and court hearings personally, and I am actively referring people to attorneys in many different areas for my clients that might also need affordable and quality CPAs, divorce attorneys, social security attorneys, or other such professionals in the area. I refer the more time intensive chapter 13 bankruptcy cases to highly qualified attorneys I have personally researched.

I handle Chapter 7 cases contested or not for anybody living in the 19 central Arkansas counties From Yell County East to Lonoke County and from Cleburne County South to Jefferson County and at times also can handle selected uncontested Chapter 7 cases from any county in Arkansas.

I handle wills, trusts, estates, Medicaid planning, and life estate deeds for people living anywhere in Arkansas and can handle probate services requiring court appearances in Faulkner County and will consider Pope or Lonoke county probate as well on a case by case basis.
